Our client is on a mission to raise standards in B2B, creatively and strategically. Due to their continues success we are looking for a Client Manager to join this fantastic team of B2B professionals.
The Client Manager role is crucial to maintaining great client relationships. As a Client Manager you will also be in charge of managing multiple projects, be part of briefing meetings and presenting work.
You will be communicating with clients on a daily basis, developing strong, profitable relationships and able to grow and nurture accounts through spotting opportunities. Together with the team you will help with various of projects from integrated campaigns, branding and digital projects.
You will have a good understanding digital/integrated marketing, social media, planning, inbound and research.
Requirements
At least 3–4 years’ experience of managing multiple projects, from either a digital, B2B or integrated agency
Strategic thinker
A client-centric approach – able to build strong and long lasting relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An appreciation for great creative work as well as a passion for marketing and social media
A good understanding of digital marketing
Financial acumen
