A tech PR agency is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is a hybrid role which is split between home and their office in either Basingstoke or London.
You will have the opportunity to work on a choice of international clients, you will be regarded as a trusted partner and can aid in elevating their approach to media, communications and helping to build the reputation of the agency.
You will be overseeing some of the junior team, ensuring results of their clients while developing their skills and experience too.

The Client Manager role is crucial to maintaining great client relationships. As a Client Manager you will also be in charge of managing multiple projects, be part of briefing meetings and presenting work.
You will be communicating with clients on a daily basis, developing strong, profitable relationships and able to grow and nurture accounts through spotting opportunities. Together with the team you will help with various of projects from integrated campaigns, branding and digital projects.
You will have a good understanding digital/integrated marketing, social media, planning, inbound and research.

The role
We are looking for an Account Director to join this fantastic Client Services team. You will have a previous experience working in B2B marketing agency and ideally working with client from tech sector. You are a marketing communications expert, who is focused on delivering excellent customer service to clients and building strong relationships at all levels. As an Account Director you will have great people skills and are a confident team player.
You will work alongside the Client Services Director whom you will report too and the rest of the team to drive long term client planning and growth. The Account Director will drive strategy and creative solutions in all campaigns, from pitch to delivery and evaluation, to make sure the team are achieving the highest possible standards and results

The Role
Working with the Strategic Client Director, this Senior Account Manager will be part of a tight-knit client services team, but with a defined role and full client responsibilities. This role will also give you the chance to work closely with clients, lead multi-channel comms programmes, manage campaign budgets, be part of the strategic delivery.
This role is client facing and will give you opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and grow these client relationships and accounts. You will be part of pitching for new work with existing and new clients.
